The receptionists are GREAT and always willing to help.
Dr. Vandersloot is very experienced and offers and delivers professional services that cannot be topped. His fees are a little pricey ut you get what you pay for. He's a Delta Dental provider. His chairside manner is outstanding. He is gentle and he really does care about his patients. I've had some extensive work done and I've never been in pain. I would recommend Dr. Vandersloot and his staff to any of my family members and close friends.
About Front Desk: Diane is a very friendly and cooperative person. She goes out of her way to make people feel welcomed. She's a magician at handling the appointment scheduling.
About Hygienist: Cindy is a really personable and caring hygienist. She never lets me suffer in pain while she is cleaning and repairing. My teeth are incredibly clean when she finishes.

I was so afraid to go see the dentist but dr vandersloot has make sure my visits are a pleasant as possible. He allowed me to smile and be proud of my teeth

Dr. V did bone & gum surgery on me in '01. He sent flowers to my home after! The surgery was a complete success. He completely addressed my anxiety needs. I have not had any further gum or jaw problems since. I would definitely go to him again, if needed. The staff is very professional & pleasant. It was worth every penny. They have a payment plan if needed. the facilities are beautiful, comfortable & stylish.

My long term experience with Dr. Vandersloot and his staff has been excellent! A move to Sacramento 7 years ago has not prevented me from continuing our relationship, and other members of my family now travel from Sacramento to Pleasanton because of his skill and abilities. I can not speak highly enough of his service.

Rude front office staff, wonderful chair side manner from the doctor and his hygienist. Extremely expensive

Excellent office, staff, and Dr. Very caring and thorough. Surgery was painless and Dr called me at home the evening of the operation to make sure I was doing okay.
I highly recommend Dr. Vandersloot for any gum work or tooth extractions.
