Dr. Benveniste is very gracious and easy to talk to. Very pleasant personality, takes time to explain procedures. Nothing
negative about Dr.B ....except a bit expensive but if you are
satisfied ....it is well worth the cost!
I wish I could say this about Liz, the front desk girl. She seems to be there just for the job. You would not want to ask her question
or you get an unpleasant frown and noticeable uncooperative behavior. Would be beneficial for Dr.B's office if Liz learns to
be pleasant to talk to. I was actually warned about Liz attitude
and I personanlly vouch for it. Sad.
About Front Desk: Liz I could use customer service training to be pleasant to talk to. (For her own good). I've been to many doctors offices and never encountered someone like this. Sorry but need to be honest for the review. No patience at all, gets irritated when asked question.

I was referred to this dentist by my long-time dentist for a pocket treatment for ONE tooth, but Benveniste convinced me I needed
ALL my gums treated. I proceeded with treatment which was
extremely painful and expensive. Afterwards, I went to my
regular dentist and he was horrified! He told me "I will NEVER
refer anyone to him again". I know another person who had
a similar experience. but got a 2nd opinion and thankfully didn't have needless dental work. Get a 2nd opinion!

I was treated very well from the staff and the doctor took lots of time giving me several choices for my treatment plan.
During the surgical procedure Dr.Benveniste was very gentle and it went very smoothly. I was given a perscription for any pain after the surgery but i only needed it for one day.
I was very pleased with the results and found that I did not have that gummie smile and people even complimented me on my smile which is something no one ever did before the surgury.
About Hygienist: reylin she is fantastic!

Dr. Benveniste was very professional, yet made me feel extremely comfortable. His staff was warm and caring and made every effort for the process to go smoothly. The office environment was patient friendly. I felt like he cared about doing the best job possible. The results were outstanding.
