The Doctor was very professional, but the "Treatment Coordinator" has lack of people skills, such as no sympathy or compation towards patients, but she will be nice when collecting your $$$$$, once you have paid oh well she could care less how much pain you are in! Please reconsider this practice if you are wanting a friendly environment as well as professionalism!
