I have been a patient of Dr. Pelletier for 13 years since he fixed a couple of problems caused by a previous dentist. His meticulous care enabled me to keep my crumbling natural teeth for a decade until we agreed it was time for a full mouth rehabilitation. I could not be happier with the results and only wish we'd done it sooner. Dr. Pelletier kept me informed about the process and what to expect. While it wasn't cheap, my final bill was less than I planned for and there were no added surprises. My smile is natural looking and my mouth feels more comfortable than it has in years.

I have always been self-conscious about my smile. My teeth were crooked. My bite was horrendous. I was missing my lower front teeth and some teeth in the back. I also had 7 teeth that had more filling than tooth. I've had partial dentures over the years to replace the missing front teeth and they were ok but never quite fit well or looked natural and my bite was still awful. I read the outstanding reviews on Dr. Pelletier and decided to make an appointment. It was life changing!! Dr. Pelletier recommended a fixed bridge to replace the missing lower teeth and crowns for the teeth that were in poor condition. I finished my last appointment today and cannot express how happy I am with the outcome! A fixed bridge instead of an ill fitting removable denture is incredible! The bridge and crowns look so natural. My bite is great! Could not be happier!! I've read other reviews that Dr. Pelletier is an artist. I couldn't agree more. He takes great pride in his work and such good care of his patients. Dr. Pelletier's treatment plan was clear and concise. He answered my emails quickly and always explains what he's doing and why. He has a great personality and actually made going to the dentist fun. He's the Best!

I'm almost embarrassed to say I have trouble recalling the work that I've had done because the work fits so flawlessly in my mouth that I forget they are crowns and implants. I've had two crowns, two implants, and a filling. One tooth—in the middle of my front, lower jaw was a long process. This tooth cost me $$$ at several other dentists over the years as each "tinkered" with it. Finally I lost the tooth and decided to go without it. A bit leery based on that previous experience, I began searching for the best dentist I could find, and I found Dr. Pelletier! He sent me to the greatest surgeon, who placed the implant and Dr. Pelletier created and placed a fantastic, undetectable prosthetic tooth onto that implant.
I can't imagine going anywhere else for dental work. My second implant was a lower molar, which is a major chewing tooth. Once again a flawless fit; I don't even know that it's a prosthetic tooth. Seriously. I also had two crowns placed over teeth that were more filling than tooth, an upper & lower molar on my left side. Once again major chewing teeth, and you guessed it, the crowns fit perfectly, impeccably matched top and bottom surfaces (though they were done years apart). Dr. P. is worth his weight in gold crowns.

About Hygienist: Hygienists are great. I can't believe I don't mind having someone poke around in my mouth with sharp objects. Results are great feeling teeth and gums.

I recently completed full upper reconstruction by Dr. Pelletier.
Dr Pelletier is a wizzard. He made the impossible ~possible.
Due to bad caps leading to periodontal disease I lost all my top teeth in the early 90's which led to complete bone loss ~this is now 2012. After a major bone augmentation I went on a quest for a prosthodontist that would give me a fixed prosthetic device and crowns. I was evaluated by four other Prosthodontists that
I turned down prior to finding Dr Pelletier on Dr Oogle. Dr Pelletier gave me two assessments breaking down work require by appointment. I choose the fixed restoration and was so thrilled with my choice. Dr Pelletier is a perfectionist in every way and is not afraid to take on the impossible. My case was extremely difficult as 4 of the back implants were placed so close together Dr Pelletier needed special equipment to remove the implant covers. Dr Pelletier was always in communication with my implant specialist and made numerous trips to Milton to discuss and coordinate my complicated case. Dr Pelletier delivers what he promises. He is readily available by email and phone and will answer all questions and check up on you when required. Dr Pelletier is my hero
About Hygienist: I have a million dollar smile thanks to Dr Pelletier. I can bite into apples and eat a sandwidge without my denture falling out with the food. I give cudos to his helpers they are a great team and I am eternally grateful to Dr Pelletier a miracle worker/magician and I highly recommend him with 5 stars*****

I have recently completed dental work with Dr. Pelletier that involved Anterior Implant Crowns. Before coming to Dr. Pelletier I visited two periodontists, who told me that my two front crowns were causing a chronic gum inflammation and had to be removed. After doing some research and reading reviews, I found Dr. Pelletier. As a first step he referred me to another periodontist and then came up with several possible alternatives for treatment. There was no one easy solution to correct the problem. The challenge was to heal the gums and get the most aesthetically pleasing result given that my gum tissue was shrinking. He discussed with me the potential drawbacks and problems with each and suggested an initial plan. The treatment involved extraction and restoration (which necessitated temporary prosthetic devices and crowns). Every procedure and every step along the way was explained to me thoroughly and in a detailed way. Dr. Pelletier always took into account my preferences and inconveniences with respect to different options regarding both temporary and permanent solutions and was always attentive to any concerns that I raised. The treatment was fully coordinated with other dental professionals that were involved along the way. Dr. Pelletier was present during the surgical procedure (extraction and placing of implants). He was professional, patient, and dedicated throughout the course of the treatment. I am happy to say that I have the new crowns, and I am pleased with the results.

I have just completed eighteen months of complete Implant Reconstruction with Dr. Lionel Pelletier.
In short, I will only use three words to describe Dr. Pelletier: “Wizard, Artist and Miracle Maker!” .
Indeed, words are not adequate to express my gratitude for the full upper mouth reconstruction. My new teeth are absolutely stunning and flawless. My teeth have been a serious issue for more than 35 years of my life (bad crowns and bridges on my teeth, first installed in France and later “reworked” in Canada).
Right from the beginning, he presented to me a written evaluation of all available treatments options with their associated costs. He explained the procedures in great detail and never seemed rushed. He spent a good amount of time working on my implants till everything was done perfectly; pure art in making. I never felt any pain or fear at all. He was consistently attentive, generous with his time, and always very kind. Additionally, Dr. Pelletier and his team were extremely accommodating of my crazy work schedule.
The oral surgeon he works with for the extractions and placement of the implants (Dr. Nissenbaum) is also a gem.

Dr. Pelletier replaced my bridge that spanned 6 teeth with two implants and two caps. He was exceptionally skilled and he and his dental assistant were wonderful to be around--they are KIND people. The teeth look great and his process was efficient and relatively pain-less (as pain-less as possible!). Dr. Pelletier was always available, even by email, when I had any questions, and I totally trusted him--he made me feel confident in the procedure. His staff was extremely helpful and flexible. Getting implants done at his office was expensive, and I hope that they last me my whole lifetime. I know I received quality care from Dr. Pelletier, and would be the first to recommend him to anyone who was looking to get extensive dental work done.

Dr. Pelletier is an incredible dentist. He is currently working on a complete rehabilitation of my smile. He is extremely knowledgeable and a true artist. He tries to make all procedures as painless as possible and thoroughly explains all treatment options, costs and procedures. While we are not fully done yet with the process, already the aesthetic result is amazing and I couldn't be happier with my new smile.

After living with very bad crowns on my front two teeth for many years it was time to do something about them. My regular dentist suggested implants and I consulted with an oral surgeon in southern NH. My husband (who I took along for support) and I were NOT impressed (I won't get into the details) and I was frankly terrified to do anything about my teeth. Finally after doing some research I was able to find Dr. Pelletier. I was drawn to his practice based on his education, experience and the reviews on this site. What luck! Dr. Pelletier is an amazing prosthodontist and person. From my initial consultation he put me at ease. He explained the procedure in great detail and never seemed rushed. The oral surgeon he works with for the extractions and placement of the implants (Dr. Nissenbaum) is also a gem. The office staff is extremely warm and friendly (just like Dr. Pelletier) and I actually looked forward to my appointments. Now, just over a year later, I have my two permanent crowns in place and I couldn't be happier. After a great deal of diagnostic and design work and preparation my new teeth have a wonderful fit and I'm smiling again and eating apples, which I couldn't do for many years! I highly recommend Dr. Pelletier!

After a long search to redo my previous dental work on my implants and crowns, I found great reviews about Dr. Pelletier here and decided to give him a try. This was a total success and worth of my drive from Cape Cod to Dr. Pelletier's office. He is the most skillful dentist I have ever met in my life. Right from the beginning, he presented to me a written evaluation of all available treatments for me with their costs included. He spent a good amount of time working on my implants and crowns till everything was done perfectly; pure art in making. Trust me you do not know what perfection is till you meet Dr. Pelletier. I highly recommend him to anyone as being the most trustworthy and skillful dentist Boston has to offer. I am so glad my search for an excellent dentist is over.
