I had my two wisdom teeth extracted in the morning at Dr. Kornbrot's office.
1) I was quite nervous at the beginning, but she was very nice and explained the procedures in great details and in an easy-to-understand way.
2) She was very skillful. The actual extraction took about 5 minutes for two teeth. I didn't feel any pain at all during the extraction. On my second day after the surgery, my teeth felt almost normal and not painful.
3) The receptionists were also nice. They addressed all my concern and questions in a professional and patient manner. They even sent me emails since that was my preferred way. They called me to make sure everything was fine on the same day (late afternoon) of the surgery.

I had a decayed back molar that was beginning to hurt. I had an x-ray taken of this tooth and found that there was an old piece of a wisdom tooth that had been extracted very long ago in addition to the bad tooth. I am the most cowardly of patients as a result of a horrific experience I had with another oral surgeon not so very long ago. However, Dr. Kornbrot consulted with me, was gentle, thorough and had the bed-side manner I needed. Today, I had my surgery. I opted for the conscious sedation, even though it was out of my own pocket (the reason for the "expensive" rating). I'm so glad I did and it was worth every dime! I went home, slept it off, had absolutely no bleeding and have yet to take any pain medication because I've had zero pain! I'm so glad I followed my dentist's advice and went to Dr. Kornbrot. I'm feeling myself already and will go into work tomorrow. This was way more than I hoped for when coming in to her office. As for her staff, I found them caring and helpful. Would I recommend Dr. Kornbrot and her office?? In a heartbeat!

I have been a patient in this office just recently and I was so wonderfully overwhelmed with the service and the care of these girls especially Bernadette she should out to me because of the personality and care. I was very nervious and right from the start after speaking to her and meeting Dr. Kornbrot I highly recommend this office to anyone that may need their services.

My daughter was seen by Dr. Kornbrot for removal of her wisdom teeth and an extra tooth. She was very nervous because other than cleanings, she'd never had work done before. Dr. Kornbrot explained the procedure to her fully and made her feel very comfortable. I liked that she didn't do the surgery in her office; instead, she had day surgery at Jefferson Hospital. She's a very good dentist and a kind person.
