I had my front teeth straightened here. when i first went there, people were really nice and helpful. Even during the treatment, the doctor was really careful and constantly asking me if it didn't hurt or not. but that changed quickly after my insurance expired. His attitude completely changed toward me. Once i missed payment and they didn't even bother to call me up for a check up because i made the payment late. One time when i visisted for a check up, i was lying on the chair and i saw a roach crawling on the floor. I screamed and told me about this and he was acting as if it was nothing and talked about how cute it was!!! what a crazy doctor... other time he was using a rubber glove that was used. the gloves had holes on them and he was still using it. thaEven after I completed my payments, they were supposed to call me for check ups but they never called after they took the braces off. It has been almost 2 years now since i had braces and i still have those adhesives that glue the braces on because he did a lousy job removing them off of my teetch. My teeths are moving again because i didn't get proper care and now i have to see other dentist to straighten them agian. It was a horrible experience. Stay away from this doctor!!
