Dr. Adams and his staff are extremely professional and such a pleasure to be around. They do everything in their powers to make you comfortable and to make sure you understand your health and treatment plans. For the first time, I enjoying going into the dentist office!
About Hygienist: The Hygienist is a breath of fresh air! She is kind, patient, understanding and gentle.

This was the best dental experience I ever had. Dr Adams is very professional, experienced, and patient. His staff is very friendly and professional as well. I had a severe case of TMJ after getting my wisdom teeth extracted, while many dentists and Oral surgeons recommended surgery, Dr Adams was able to help me with my case without surgery. I visited Dr. Adams after doing a lot of online research for a dental implant that I needed. I was impressed with the facility and with Dr. Adams' credentials. After an initial consultation, I decided to go with this office for my implant. Although the procedure was not fun, Dr Adams and his staff did their best to make me feel relaxed. They also gave me clear instructions on how to care for the implant post surgery, and gave me a call a few days later to check on me. I have since gone back to Dr. Adams for several fillings and have made him my primary dentist.
About Hygienist: Guineveve, one of the hygienists at the office, is great. She is knowledgeable and pleasant!

I've been a patient of Dr. Adams for more than 5 years now. During this time, I have undergone almost every procedure that could be possible with teeth, from root canals to porcelain onlays to crowns and finally to my most recent procedure of an implant with crown. Now you might be wondering if I don't take care of my teeth, but I do as I floss and use a sonicare. However, my large molars are just not good and I've needed onlays and crowns on all of them. I know that dentists are difficult to find because you just don't know who might be good in the Washington DC/Rockville/Bethesda area. Well, I am here to tell you today that Dr. Adams has been the best dentist that I have ever had and he willingness to always inform the patient on the procedure whether it is routine or complex is extraordinary. He truly cares for his patients and goes well beyond what a normal dentist would spend with his patients. Injections of Novocaine are completely painless and his assistants that work with him are knowledgeable so that a patient can have trust in those people. Dr. Adams has fixed all of my issues and I believe that my teeth will not have issues for my lifetime. I have no pain and no sensitivity to hot or cold and I'm able to eat anything

I have had dental issues my entire life, mostly due to acid reflux and teeth grinding. I have seen many dentists that have tried different things but I had the first successful changes when I began treatment with Dr. Gary Adams. His approach was an overall reshaping of my teeth to avoid further damage and then he focused on fixing problem areas. The procedures have been ongoing, and therefore the costs have built up. I have switched my insurance to try to cover more work that needs to be done. I feel that Dr. Adams really knows what he is doing and thats priceless.
About Hygienist: All of the assistants are extremely friendly and welcoming, they are good at what they do and are very pleasant to be around.

Dr Adams and his staff are fantastic. As a patient of Dr Adams I know I'm in great hands and that I'm receiving the best dental care available! I had some work done at a Dentist office in Virginia that was not done correctly (fillings replaced and a crown) and was starting to cause problems for me. Dr Adams quickly identified the issues and fixed them for me. One thing that I appreciate is that Dr Adams looks at the big picture, assesses overall dental health and provides long-term dental solutions and care. This is not something I have found from other Dentists and it makes me realize the importance of choosing the right Denitst. It is a huge relief to know that I am in good hands with Dr Adams and his staff. - AMH

I met Dr. Adams at my lowest point ~ my teeth gone and wearing an ill-fitted denture! In five months Dr. Adams has restored my mouth and the result is amazing! For the first time ever, I smile with confidence! I am so grateful!!! I only wish I'd met you two years ago!

I have been having a problem with my teeth for awhile now. I am relatively new to the area and had not yet found a dentist. I called them and they worked me in almost immediately! I am very happy!

Dr. Adams is a great dentist -- he listens and remembers you when you walk in the door. i was very impressed by his friendliness, and professionalism.
i was dissappointed in the administrative process -- they didnt work with me and my financial situation -- the remaining balance my insurence didnt pay was demanded up front. because i am a college student, that was very difficult.
