He was nice engough to see me late on a friday before a holiday when I had a terrible toothache. I called 5 or 6 other dentists first and none would see me.

Not only must you book 6 months in advance, if you don't show up within 10 minutes of your appointment, its automatically cancelled and you will have to reschedule, and thus causing you to wait another 6 months. The male receptionist yells as patients if they have questions about billing, want to reschedule, and/or wishes to speak to the dentist regarding personal matters. The receptionish has no respect for others and will hang up on you if he doesn't get it his way. DO NOT go to this practice if you want to be undermined by the secretary working there. There are many other places with a friendly, warming, and caring staff.
