I'm from out of town and was in Boca Raton on business for a couple of weeks. I work for a Fortune 500 company and cover most of North America in my business travels, so my experience with Professional and unprofessional individuals is extensive. My tooth became damaged and I needed a root canal. I contacted Dr. Shapiro's office on a Friday morning and asked if they could please work me in. I explained that I was from out of town and did not know any dentist in the area- but was in pain and did not want to go through the weekend this way. Dr. Shapiro’s professional staff worked with me and - it was the best overall visit/experience I have ever had with any Dentist in my 54 years on this earth. From the extremely helpful receptionist to the dental hygienist and especially the professionalism of Dr. Shapiro, they turned an unpleasant and stressful experience (root canal) into the very best experience it could possibly be. For the record there is a professional, courteous and compassionate Dental Specialist in South Florida – his name is Dr. Jordan Shapiro and I highly recommend him for any dental needs you may have.

I have had many root canals and this was perfect. I had an emergency and Dr. Shapiro saw me the same day I called. Everyone in his office was cordial and professional. The office is state of the art, comfortable neck cushion for me during the procedure as well as safety sunglasses.

I had a root canal done. This doctor is the most caring, professional Dentist I have EVER seen.They saw me quickly when I was in alot of pain. Not only did he make sure I was comfortable before and during the procedure, he personally called me afterwards to check on me which is rare. His office staff is wonderful and I would definitely recommend this office to others!

Dr. Schapiro,
Is amazing!! His care and energy towards his patients and job is spectacular! Calling every night concerned about his patients, really shows it all. His staff is great, and helps me out whenever in need. It's great to be able to contact him when in pain as said before. His office is well decorated and homy/comfortable before a nerve racking procedure! But honestly it was the easiest process ever! If you need a rootcanal he's the guy to go to!!

If you are looking for a kind and caring dentist, this is your man. I had a huge infection and needed to redo a root canal. He is very accommodating and understanding and he will call you at home later on to check on your well-being when he has worked a lot on a tooth . I rate him a 10 which is quite unusual but the rest of his staff is just wonderful also. and I recommend him without reserve.

I just had a root canal.... my husband had one a year ago.
Dr. Schapiro is one of the nicest most caring people you will ever meet. His staff is so sweet and they really go above and beyond in making you feel comfortable. I was very scared but Dr. Schapiro made the actual root canal painless. When I got home Vicodin made it painless while my infection was healing.
He is such a professional and knows exactly what he is doing. Absolutely the best!!!

Dr. Shapiro was the best!!! i am extremely anxious about any dental work and he put me completely at easy. i had no pain and he takes exelent care of his patients!!!!
