I used to be afraid and embarrassed to smile, but after the cosmetic dental make over at Dr. Ho's office, I smile brighter and more confidently than ever before. I'm absolutely happy with the 10 veneers he placed for me. I didn't think my teeth could make a difference in my career, but I was wrong. I owe a lot of my new success to Dr. Ho.

I saw Dr. Armi and Dr. Ho during my two visits and they always pushed for unnecessary treatments just because I happen to have really good insurance and the treatments were covered by my insurance! Showed me invisilgn video twice, also suggested whitening.
Other than sales pitches, they were good. Appt times were kept, staff was okay as well.

I went to Dr. Ho for a couple of years and he did some extensive work including a bridge. The staff was wonderful and attentive and the dental work was done very well. He also filled a couple of cavities for me and they were relatively painless. I would still go to him if I didn't move out of the area. He's a wonderful dentist with a very caring personality.

Dr Ho and his team are a wonderful lot. The staff were friendly, professional and really efficient. I am most impressed by Dr Ho's skills and patience, and he takes the time to explain the procedures before undertaking them. I would definitely recommend Dr Ho to all my friends and collagues at work.

Dr. Ho graduated from Harvard and is one of the smartest, most competent dentist in the bay area. He is capable to perform very challenging dental procedures that typical dentists would have to recommend specialists for. His office is equipped with the most advanced technologies so that the impact of dental procedures on patients is minimized. He invests time to study the state-of-art dental innovations and is always in the front of modern dental technologies and methods. I'd recommend him as one of the best dentist in the bay area.

I give this dentist very high marks. I don't care how big his waiting room is! He is very bright and knowledgeable and he does not rush treatment. I went to him back in 1998 or so and then moved to SF. After a bad experience (defective crown margin) with a dentist in SF, I went back to DR. Ho. The main reason I returned was that a crown he installed in 1998 has stood the test of time: no discomfort, eating problems, flossing problems, etc . . . After repairing the other dentist's work, we have moved onto some other areas of treatment. I had a broken tooth and he made a partial crown using CAD-CAM modeling. It works great, with no sensitivity. I did not feel like he ever pushed any treatments on me. I wish that I had stayed with him after I moved out of Palo Alto. It is well worth my drive from San Francisco to go to a dentist who is very well-educated but also technically proficient and careful.

Facilities are old, but OK. Treatment was successful, however cost is out of range (IMHO)

I found this dentist to be a bit too commercial. I felt like he was constantly pushing me to purchase more services or new products. I want to go to a dentist who is there for me as a health professional and not as a business person.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ho. His staff was friendly and competent, and he has nice, modern equipment - such as digital x-rays. I prefer a dentist who isn't fast with fillings - a lot of times an early cavity (sticky probe) will recalcify on its own. I get really annoyed when dentists try to push fillings early on - and, by the way, i just happen to have time to squeeze that in while you're here... I'm happy to say Dr. Ho isn't one of those doctors. The facilities are rather basic, and the waiting room is a tad cramped. His rates seem very reasonable. He's very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful, so I'm pleased to recommend him to others.
