Patient beware!!!!Broke my crown during an extraction and there was no offer for repair for damage done. Insensitive and too mechanical. Google for a better dentist in the area who is patient oriented.

Dentist does not believe in pain medicine. the cleaning of my teeth done by another person was horrible. Went to another dentist here and he said they did not even get half of the tartar on the teeth. My new dentist is now doing 2 root canals and 4 fillings. Thank heavens I found him.

Mary Rock was suppose to replace a stained porcelain over metal crown & re-bond a stained tooth both done over 25 years ago. Technology has improved materials & procedures. First, I should have been told to bleach my teeth so she knew what she was working with. This dentist did everything wrong. Lab guy used the same color new composite as the stained tooth to re-bond it. Ms. Rock said she would correct the color at no charge. How kind, since it was them who botched the job. She removed my crown, then cemented it back on with permanent cement. Two days later, while attempting to remove the re-cemented crown, "helper" roughly yanked my head around by my tooth for 10 minutes, side to side & front to back. I protested saying your breaking my tooth. She said "Shit happens!" Practically standing on my chest she busted up my crown, broke off the gold post & pulled the1 1/2" cemented root out of my head. I bled profusely for 6 1/2 hours in the office. My old crown was on twenty-five years without a problem. I paid $1070 for x-rays they refused to give me & bleach. She told me my only options were an implant or a bridge& demanded 1/2 of $4700 on the spot before starting. I demanded a detailed bill months ago, but I'm stil waiting.l
