Actually saw Dr. Conroy, but have no complaints about the dentist. My complaint is against the hygienist, Sherri.

About Hygienist: Majorly disappointed by the dental hygienist, Sherri. Today my very young son was having a filling done. He had no idea what to expect, but has seen his brothers go through the ringer with their teeth, needing pulled for braces, etc., so he feared the worse. He got worked up, and the hygienist kept rolling her eyes. She was very, very unpleasant to him. I asked to have a minute to talk to him. I got him calmed down and Sherri came back to start working on completing his filling. He cried out at one point and she PUT A HAND OVER HIS MOUTH AND SQUEEZED HIS FACE! Rather than being a bit patient, so afterward he can look back and say "that wasn't so bad" and then feel comfortable coming back, he will now be terrified every time he has to go to the dentist. NEVER going back to this office.

The doctors at this facility are nice and caring. The nurses are a bit untrained in my mind as they do not take enough care to ease you through the process. Overall they are a good service and hope the nurses will get better by experience.

I have never met a single person who is as cold blooded and greedy as the dentists at this practice in my entire 47 years of life.My husband was hit on the head by one of the hygienist's elbow by mistake while lying on the chair. He kept throwing up for several days, went to Dublin Urgent Care that sent him to Dublin Methodist Hospital for a CT scan, and was diagnosed that he had concussion. We asked this practice to pay our out-of-pocket medical bills (about $1100), but they said they were not responsible and claimed that the hygienist hit him only lightly, so it was my husband who was "too volunerable" because of the neck surgery that he had a few years before, and that the diagnosis by Dublin Methodist Hospital is untrustworthy because it was just a "hear say" about being hit. We filed a suit at small claims court, but their lawyer transferred it to a regular court so that we would give up and dismiss the case becasue it would be too expensive for us to pursue. Also my husband has ended up losing his job because he had to use 2 vacation days when he kept throwing up blood at home and at work, and when he really needed vacation days later, he no longer had any vacation days which ultimately caused him to lose his job of 22 years

About Hygienist: Brittany E. Emmert hit my husband's head with her elbow by mistake, which was the beginning of the worst experience of my life

Dr Obrien and all of his office staff are wonderful. I would highly recommend him or his partner Dr. Conroy.

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Briens for over 15 years. He is kind and caring not only as a doctor but as a person. His work is incredible. He is a perfectionist with his work. He uses the industries most modern equipment. I have recommended Dr. O'Brien to many people thru the years and will certainly continue to in the future.

Dr. O'Brien's office from the first time I called has been nothing but the best. His front office staff knows their dental stuff. As far as treatment goes, I can't ever recall a time in my life that I looked forward to going to the dentist. Both he and Dr. Jennifer Conroy are top notch in their field.

Simply stated, this is the best dental group my family has ever encountered, and we've lived in 10 cities. Dr. O'Brien is all you would want in a dentist, and the office is a first class, well-run operation. Go no further in your search.

Dr. O'Brien is the most gentle and calming dentist that I have ever had. Since moving out of the area I have opted to drive the three hours for appointments rather than finding a new dentist in my area. I have had a couple of cavities filled and he tells you everything that he is going to do before he does it. He even uses a two-shot injection procedure that is absolutely PAINLESS. Seriously... the man has never ever caused me an instant of pain! I have recommended him to all of my friends and even some complete strangers. His facilities are immaculate, his staff is wonderful and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. O'Brien is fabulous. The staff seem to truly care and are always very helpful. The most impressive aspect of Dr. O'Briens office is the technology. All dental equiptment is state-of-the-art.
