I went in for a typical fill. Dr Beard spent more time talking to his assistant than actually performing the procedure. Long story short, I had to go back 2 days later because he didn't do the job properly and the pain was unbearable. He even had the nerve to try and charge me for his mistake. Unfortunately his facility and performance has gone SOUTH!!!

I have had several extractions performed by Dr. Beard. The first two were very quick, this last one had me wincing with pain. I tried to do my best to keep still. I feel the condition of my last tooth had a lot to do with the overall hard experience. I would recommend him to others. He was very efficient in the extractions. However he does not like to prescribe anything very strong afterwards. I understand the implications. To rate the overall experience as good. I could not, because it seems as he gets you out the door and you seem to be on your own.

Dr. Beard recemented a crown that had fallen off but he did not supervise the cementing and it was put in too high. Though I told Dr. Beard and his assistant that I was hitting the tooth I was ignored and no one, NO ONE used articulation paper to verify my complaint. I was let go and consequently 2 weeks later the crown snapped off and I lost the tooth. I have heard many negative complaints about Dr. Beard. I would NOT use him. Very rude and inconsiderate to patients.

This dentist had seen my husband and I but just for regular care. However when I had a crown come out his assistant glued it back in at the wrong position causing the tooth to break off. Dr. Beard saw her flossing the newly cemented tooth and actually yelled at her from the office across when he saw what she was doing and said "hold it down the tooth will move". And of course it did and as explained harded into place in THE WRONG POSITION. Dr. Beard then refused to check it out even after I complained multiple times to the hygienist and to him and to the staff that I could not close my mouth without hitting the tooth. Neither he nor his hygienist even bothered to use articulation paper to double check my complaints. Cost me over $2000 in repair work to correct it. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Dr. Beard sees my whole family. Both of my daughters my husband & my self. I would recomend him to anyone and everyone if you don't go to see Dr. Beard you are just getting ripped off and worse yet you are wasting your time any where else.
