Went initially with pain in my lower jaw/back of tongue and did not diagnose an abscess untill two weeks later it flared up. He did the initial root canal and crown. I went back several times indicating the crown did not fit properly. Finally, a couple months later, the crown broke off in my mouth was I was just sitting watching TV....not evern eating. Went back and found out I had to now have an implant. Went to an oral surgeon who removed the root, later added the implant. After several months, she said it was ready for the crown and to go back to Dr. Patrician. He did the molds for the crown and put on. First, it had an ugly grey spot in the middle, and second, it did not fit again -in fact, this time it was loose! Went back and he said he did a cheaper version - did ask me if that is what I wanted. He sent me back to the oral surgeon who said the crown was totally the wrong kind for an implant and she redid everything herself (she was not happy). Now I have a crown that is fine, but I am out an additional $5000 over an above the cost of the initial root canal and crown.

He's young, which I like because he was trained with the latest techniques. He's very nice and thorough.

Dr. Patrician is a great dentist! I really don't like the dentist in general, and I have lots and lots of problem areas. Dr. Patrician explained several options to me and was very comfortable to work with and helped me make decisions.
I would recommend Dr. Patrician to anyone having trouble with their teeth, or even those who just want a cleaning.

I ended up seeing Dr. Patrician after randomly selecting a nearby dental office. The friendly staff scheduled an appointment for me only 3 days later (I usually hear about people having to wait weeks if they are new patients), which was impressive enough! I had a lot of trepidation, however, as I had not been to the dentist in several years, and was concerned. That's why Dr. Patrician was such a pleasant surprise.
1) he does his own cleanings, so the doctor/patient relationship starts right. Whereas I'm used to 80% time with the hygenist and 20% (if that) with the dentist, this was a completely different--and better--experience.
2) He spent a lot of time asking about my medical history, concerns, and treatment regimen, so that his treatment and advice were specific to me, not a simple generic caution to brush and floss twice daily.
3) He is a personable and friendly dentist, which is evident right away, and a nice change from the gruff, business-like dentists I've had in the past.
[Also, when he noted I needed additional care, the office scheduled it in the same week (!), and the procedure was skillfully and painlessly completed quickly, which I definitely appreciated]
I am pleased to recommend Dr. Patrician.
