I couldn't be happier with the combination of expert care and incredible customer service. I live in northern Maine and the commute is well worth it. It's obvious that Kaisa genuinely cares about the patient's experience. The facilities are hip and airy. The support staff and hygienists are helpful and professional. I highly recommend this practice!

I was referred to this practice by a coworker. I was in need of some restorative work and had been unhappy with previous work by my former dentist. To my delightful surprise, Kasia and Kat are even pickier than I am! They both went out of their way to insure that the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and the incredible service provided by the entire staff.
About Hygienist: Jackie's awesome! As friendly as she is efficient.

She has been my family dentist since 2007 and I love her! But I couldn't convince her to move to SF. Yes - I come all the way from CA to Boston just to see her. I just finished my Invisalign with her and I might have to say good-bye after this :( Hands down the best dentist - it took me 7 dentists in 11 years to find her. Her on-lays are fantastic - other dentists I have shown her work to had complimented so and said that that the work is "fantastic!" Loved her old dental studio on Park Street and love her new studio now - definitely a spa feel to it. Good Job, Kasia and until next time ...
About Hygienist: Both my hubby and I see different hygienists but we are both very happy with our hygenists. Mine is Jackie and what can I say - that is a woman who knows her way around my teeth. Horrible staining from tea & coffee (Invisalign didn't help) and she was amazing and cleaned it up (sandblasting style - that was how bad it was) - it did take almost an hr - the results were phenomenal.

Dr. Szary and her office staff are the best! Not only have I been seeing dentists for 40+ years, but in my younger days I was involved in dental product sales, so I've known thousands of dentists. If you are lucky enough to be one of Kasia's patients you'll receive the finest dental care you'll ever have. Kasia and here entire staff are highly competent, extremely professional, and unfailingly pleasant. Become one of Dr. Szary's patients - I promise that you'll be glad you did!

I've been with Downtown Dental for several years and have always been impressed. Their new office location is especially impressive.
They do great work and are very accommodating. I have always made sure to make it back to DDS for my regular cleanings even when working overseas.
Highly recommend this dentist!

Dr. Szary took care of me and my wife for a couple of years. The person who most took care of our teeth was Jackie, who was terrific. Dr. Szary did a couple of composite fillings on each of us. The procedures were relatively painless as far as these things go, and I would say that they were pretty well done -- mine were a little tight (left little space between the teeth, even for floss), and my wife also had a slight problem with one of hers. Overall, though, I'd say that this office is okay as far as dentists go, and the location is certainly convenient.

I did my deep cleaning (root scaling and planing) here. It was a pleasure experience. I do enjoy it actually. The facilities don't look very fancy, but the people there is very nice and helpful. The location is also very convenient, you can walk there in 2 mins from Park St T station. I also consulted with them on my crown built up. The office staff is nice and usually responds very soon, but somethings you need to go back and forth on the insurance issue. Overall I would recommend them as a long term dental health provider!

I first went to Dr. Szary over a year ago, when I was briefly in Boston for work--I live in NYC and now every time I need a cleaning etc, I make the drive all the way to Boston just so I can see her. Simply put, she is amazing.
Like many I always hated going to the dentist and even the best were generally painful, talked too much, and often had funky breath.
Poor Dr Szary, first time she saw me I'd been living in the UK for 6 years and my teeth (& gums!) were a WRECK. After a careful regime of cleanings, the condition of my gums improved dramatically, and I recently started Invisalign treatments to take care of the huge diastema that was the result of the bone loss & gum damage I had had before.
Aside from my teeth & gums feeling & looking better than ever, I look forward to going to Park Street because they are all so damn nice & I have never been to a dentist with such a soothing, gentle touch. Oh, and she always fits me in last minute when I happen to be in town- Szary & her staff are the best!
