My husband went to this dentist for a bridge in 2019, where we were given our in network estimate up front and paid over a thousand dollars. Months later got a bill for over $500 telling us we are OON- fought it twice and they stopped billing- got another bill in Aug 2021- called office mgr Sue, who refused to remove the balance stating it is something else and they can't remove it. Bad service, bad management, poor billing practices, will not use them again

I took two teenage daughters to Dr. Gryzick for exams & cleanings. Cleaning on one was non-existant and during the other the hygenist was on the internet looking at men to date. I asked if wisdom teeth were ready to remove & he said no. Also said absolutely no cavities on either girl. Fast forward...both girls had wisdom teeth removed within 5 months due to crowding and both girls had cavities that were not found even though he performed a panorex and bite wing xrays! New dentist had to do new xrays due to poor quality of the ones Dr. Gryzick had done. I am now telling everyone I come across to avoid this dentist like the plague. I am dumbfounded as to how this man ever earned a license to practice dentistry. STAY AWAY FROM HIS OFFICE!
About Hygienist: Not interested in patients at all! Cleanings were a joke.

He is the best there is!!! I have a very strong fear of dentist's, he takes that away. My kids have also commented that he is very gentle and caring. I highly recommend him to anyone!
About Hygienist: His staff are just as great as he is. Jenny makes you feel completely at ease.

Everyone is super friendly!! My husband has NEVER had a positive experience in a dental office, but he left happy after his first visit there!
My 3 yr old had her first experience there, and the hygenist made her feel very special and went above and beyond to make her comfortable. My daughter told me she loved her dentist!
I also had a great experience. My hygenist was VERY gentle and made me feel good about the whole experience. Dr. Gryzick was kind and gentle as well, and he didn't try to convince me I needed other services like so many other dentists I've had in the past.
The office is very family oriented, yet I would say the same great things even if I didn't have children.
I HIGHLY recommend this practice!
