During extraction the little bit of pain medicine wore off. Probably most pain i ever experienced. Would definitely not recommend unless you have a very high pain tolerance

The first time I went to Dr Klapper he was very honest and very pleasant. I was not able to get anything done due to time.
About Front Desk: Something must be very wrong with the staff at this office, I have try twice to make an appointment and they have scare me away, they are very rude and disrespectful. I will definitely would not waste my time again.

I had a root canal. Dr. Klapper is very nice, but he did not give me enough novicaine and I was in terrible pain. I returned for the 2nd part of the root canal and complained about continued pain, he had to remove additional tissue- I wasnt given enough novicaine again. The pain continued and the front desk people did not believe I was still in pain and couldnt get an appointment for me for days. I drove to Largo office unannounced- a kind dentist who was covering did an xray and found there was still tissue remaining- I went to another practice to have a redo root canal and found I had a pretty bad infection as well. I will never go back! They are not electronic, so if you are seen at one location, they will not have your records at the office location. If you are in pain, you are not crazy! Something is wrong and go to another dentist!

He did some front bridgework for me some years ago in his office in Marlboro Square and it was absolutely terrible. The teeth did not match the rest of my teeth, they were a bluish color against my other teeth. I was very young and had 2 teeth knocked out from a car accident and I feel he took advantage of me and my money. He knew they didn't match, but he did nothing to try and correct it. I had those crowns for years and was very embarrassed and people would ask about them them why they were a different shade. Absolutely the worst dentist, I would not recommend him to anyone.

The man was extremely honest in his evaluation of my dental situation. All available options were explained in detail and using terms that i could understand. Plus, he has has decades of experience and the dental work that I received was reasonable and well done. What more can you ask for!

Horrible TMJ treatment. Waste of my money. $1500 for a night guard that only made my condition worse.

I can’t speak about this Dentist, but his staff is incompetent, arrogant, and very rude. I purchased a dental plan last week just so I could see this dentist, then called for an appointment. They scheduled me for two Mondays following for 12:00 Noon. When I called on Monday, one week before my scheduled appointment, to change it, I spoke with a woman who gave her name as “Yvonne” who couldn’t find my appointment even after providing my name several times and spelling it out for her. She then determined that the appointment was made for another office and gave me a number other than the one I’d called and saved on my cell to make the appointment. I called it, but no one answered so I called her back again. Now she revealed that that office is closed Mondays, so I asked, well why would anyone schedule me for a Monday appointment at that office if the office is closed Mondays. Her response was simply, “well I can’t find an appointment for you here so it must be there,” (“even though that office is closed Monday’s,” I asked). This being my first appointment, I wanted some reassurance from her that I hadn’t chosen the wrong dentist, so I asked in earnest, but kind’a joking, “Well, are you all always this incompetent?” to which Yvonne obviously took personal offense and apparently felt slighted and said “well, even if you were on the books here, I would write you off, so forget your appointment here and find yourself another dentist.” I did, Yvonne, and I get to see her first thing tomorrow. So thanks a bunch!

I would highly recommend Dr. Klapper to anyone. I have been a patient of his for many years. I have 3 daughters and a granddaughter that are also patients. Between us, we've had almost every procedure known to dentistry. Our experiences have always been excellent, procedures pain-free, cost comparable, and I could go on and on. Dr. Klapper really cares about his patients. He's the best!
