The dental hygienist asked me if I use a rinse when I brush my teeth. I told her yes. She asked me does it work ? Really. Your the professional you tell me ! Had lower right tooth go bad the initial examiner banged on the tooth with a dental tool. She asked me "is this the one that hurts ". Well yes I replied as I was in tears from pain. Dr Oles singing while she is doing a filling is different. The receptionist needs to get the stick out of her behind. Not friendly. Don't recommend. Prices riducilous.

Summer of 2016 - my service was an extraction for a tooth that already had a root canal. So I was not in pain and the service was not urgent. The cost was triple what was quoted verbally. And the front office was not pleasant to deal with for the service rendered. If you decide to go get a written quote first and be prepared to have a unpleasant experience with the front office. Never going back.

About Front Desk: I paid the amount due when I left and weeks later the front office sent me a billing for triple of what they quoted initially stating insurance would not cover those amounts. When I spoke to my insurance they stated the dentist never got pre-authorization and the amount covered would have been the same. Never going back

About Hygienist: I had left another office that at least was honest about the quote. So I went looking for alternatives. Dr. Oles office had to clean my teeth before they would set me up for the extraction. My teeth were cleaned the week before at the other office. After that they gave me a quote that was less and I felt comfortable.

Dr. Oles and her entire staff are professional and friendly. They are knowledgeable in their area and I trust them fully. I would highly recommend Dr. Oles.

She is great. I needed caps on my front teeth and she did an amazing job! No one can tell that I have them, they look just like they belong! Dr. Oles and her staff have always been very professional and kind. I have recommended her to friends and they are as pleased as I am!

I’ve been seeing this dentist for more than 5 years and this place has always been, and still is, AWFUL! I recently cancelled my appointment without the requisite 24 hour notice because I had the FLU! The receptionist/office manager was incredibly rude and condescending (in fact, she’s nearly always rude and condescending). To add insult to injury, she slammed the phone in my ear (not the 1st time she’s done that either). I simply didn’t want to infect the entire office with the flu and she acted like she was doing me a favor by not charging me for a missed appointment. Lastly, unless you have an appointment 1st thing in the morning, the wait times are HORRIBLE…every single time! I’ve kept going for more visits because the hygienist is awesome but after using this dentist for more than 5 years I’m looking elsewhere for oral care.

I had fillings and crowns done. I had huge wait times. I had to repeatedly return to the office to have corrections made to previously done work. Since leaving her care, I have had to have another dentist correct crowns she or her staff set. I still have a cap that needs corrected, and I just recently lost a cap she set, which she insisted needed to be replaced. Her receptionist Andrea is the most dreadful and unprofessional person I have ever come into contact with at a Doctor's office. She lost a lawsuit with former employees with the AZ State Board due to her poor treatment of employees and negligence in attending to patients. I definitely would not recommend her to anyone at any time. Also, my husband was a former patient and left before me due to poor treatment, and his mother sought relief from the "Dr" for an emergency while visiting us in AZ. My mother-in-law's treatment was awful (rude) and expensive for a minor repair (adding adhesive to a crown).

always friendly staff...caring office...my insurance was accepted and they worked with me for payment plan

Dr. Oles and her staff are extremely professional, gentle, personable, and an all around joy to be around. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area looking for an excellent dentist that treats you like family.
