I walked into his office, he was seeing someone. I threw myself into the piles of magazine and made a Green tea from the coffee-maker. Before I start sipping the tea, my name was called. As usual, I never need to wait more than 20 min.The dental chair was covered with very soft leather, and mostly, because the office is brand new, everything smells fresh and clean. Nurse gave me the remote control so I can flip the channels on the TV hanging on the right upper corner of the wall. It made me feel I was in control... ahhhaa. Dr. N explained the procedure. He was extremely calm & confident. After viewed X-ray of my teeth on monitor the procedure started: He used cotton ball to numb the superficial layer of the inner mouth, and then inject the local anesthesia which was the most fear potion of the dental work, it was not even painful, it was like a pinch on the face my daughter always did to me. I felt the numbness spread out on my left face and stop at the middle line of the chin. All I felt was some drilling on the tooth bed, you know what was going on, but no pain. About 20 min, he said the "surgery" is completed. Assistant wiped off whatever left on my chin and my lips gently, I left with a cold pack and Rx for antibiotics..
The staff and Dr. are all extremely friendly and caring for patients. Every single treatment room is clean and well designed. All equipments brought to the room are on top of a clean sheet. A TV / Game room for kids is very convenient. Bathroom, I have to mention, is huge = wheelchair accessible! and CLEAN! Dr. N always calls back on the next day to check the status, at least to me! Can not wait to start with the next one. This is the 5th day of the procedure, no pain, no swollen, only sometimes, the threads of the stitches will get caught in between the teeth....

I just got my tooth pulled out on Friday. He explained all procedures, pron & con, why & why not before hands-on. I am going to have implants 3 months from now. He placed bone graft in the root " the cave" so that I would have enough bone to support the implant later on. He kept on asking me if I was feeling OK, if there was any pain, any discomfort, of course, my answer was "No". It took total less than 10 min to get that tooth out! An ice pack was give right after the procedure was done. I was given instruction of what to do, and not to do. Dr. N called back the next morning to make sure I was doing OK.
About Hygienist: Office is awesome! Assistants are all very friendly and nice. Dr. N is very caring and mainly a very thoughtful person. He makes you feel that you are the center of his attention and you are what he is all caring about. And the most impressive is that he is very gentle when he pulls your mouth open, when he draws on your tooth, or even when he pulls out your tooth...
