Dr. Katz is very passionate about what he does but the fact that I have a Maryland bridge and a tooth that when it comes out should take 5 minutes to put in it take 45. Also an appointment at 2:30 should mean 2:30, not 3:15
About Front Desk: Seems like it's a hassle to even have a conversation about how long the wait may be. They do not like to talk to you. They will not get back to you on the phone. You have to call them multiple times to get ahold of anyone. Oh and "opening" at 7 really means 8
