Little did I know one tiny visit would turn into 8 months of agony...
I went in with a large chip in my back tooth. When Dr. Kafashian came in, he said everything looked fine. I had to bring to his attention the gaping hole in my tooth. That should have been my first hint to just say "thank you" and leave. But instead, I trusted him to place a crown over my tooth. BAD IDEA. Let's just say he charged me almost $900 claiming insurance wouldn't cover it (which it did). I told him repeatedly I had major sensitivity in my tooth, which he insisted would go away. Well, it didn't and I was stuck with a permanent crown over a tooth severely in need of a root canal.
The entire experience was awful and I immediately changed dentists. I would avoid this dentist at all costs...

I've been a patient for over 5 years and I've never had any problems with Barry Kashfian DDS or his office. They are very helpful and friendly.
About Hygienist: I have very senitive teeth and they always go at my pace.
