Dr. Vo is a wonderful dentist and a very nice person. She and her entire staff are very helpful, even during emergencies like a broken tooth. They get me in, and Dr. Vo takes great care of me. The office is spotless, cheerful, and professionally but warmly run. Cost is reasonable, and they take Delta Dental insurance. Procedures are explained, never unnecessary, and almost painless. I know this because I do not like novacaine, and Dr. Vo is one of the few dentists who will work on patients without it, if they prefer. She is gentle, calm, and a very positive person. I have happily recommended Dr. Vo to my friends.
About Hygienist: Tammy has been taking great care of my gums for several years. Like Dr. Vo, she is great at what she does, and a very nice, positive person.

Dissatisfied with my "doc in a box" prior treatment, I researched these reviews and found Dr. Vo- and what a gem! Personable, competent, fully and completely answers questions. I am looking forward to our association! She personally cleaned my teeth, a first for me. At a previous checkup with the doc-in-a-box, they had claimed that I had a bad gum condition that would need expensive scaling treatments. That didn't sound right, because one of their previous dentists found my gum condition was very good. Dr. Vo confirmed that my gum health was very good. She also pointed out a problem that they had failed to note (a cavity under a filling that needs attention). In short, her credibility and competence are already very strong with me. Highly recommended.

Wow! I left her office and immediately emailed friends to tell them how wonderful she and her entire office staff is. I knew what I needed done, they didn;t have me come in to check on it saving me a needless trip and they charged less than the first dentist. Staff is professional and I highly recommend her.

Our family had a great experience at Dr. Vo's office. The whole office was very nice and helpful. She's very gentle with shots and makes you feel very comfortable. I can't even tell where my fillings are because they look so great!

I just moved in Austin and I haven't see any other dentists here. I had doubt that any dentists can be better than the one I use to have in Montreal, but I was wrong: Dr. Jacquelyn Vo is totally a nice person, very professional, gentle and informative. The facility is clean and well aerated. The staff is kind and always smiling.
I went there for a general cleaning and I was very satisfy with her work. It was not expensive at all.
I told her about my nighttime teeth grinding concern. After informing me about different options, she referred me to Dr. Schrader, a next door orthodontist, to get a consultation. I can tell that she was willing to help me and to give me the best service. Not long after my first visit, I received a postal card saying that there were an event to welcome the new patients, I think. Unfortunately I could not go, but what a nice way to thank the patients!
I will go see her again, soon. I need to extract 4 teeth... To follow...
