I like the attention first few years. Noticed also concern about my health in general. But when the initial period was over, I have discovered reoccurring infections that could have been avoided. First few years thought it was just a coincident. Recently, another dentist pointed me to simple errors that should have been detected. I think of his as a doctor, but take away reason and accountability. His office always add charges that are not approved by insurance company. His bills are not itemized... hard to tell what's in them. Feel terrible that it took me so many years to discover that. He should be investigated by VA dental association.

Office staff very unreliable. You typically get an answering machine, no live person and no call backs. The dentist is good and very communicative. Facilities are small.

Dr. Dosen always takes the time to explain all procedures and provide multiple options for fixing an issue. He also provides the pros and cons of each procedure. He is typically on time and only focuses on one patient at a time. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
