Excellent doctor!
I had a nasty toothache, and found Dr. Lustbader covered under a dental plan that I had purchased. I got something scheduled as quickly as I could (2 weeks), and basically had to deal with it. The wait turned out to be okay, and the Bayer Maximum Strength passed the time for me nicely.
Dr. Lustbader is sort of a no-frills kind of doctor - he gets in, checks you out, and does the job. He's not the most talkative guy in the world unless you get him started on the Yankees.
I'm used to going in to a dentist and expecting a whole ordeal and an hour long appointment, and I've been sort of relieved that I haven't had to spend forever in his office getting done whatever I've gotten done.
I've been back several times since then . . two fillings, two crowns (my teeth are effed, I know) and I haven't had any problems at all. Things have gone smooth, I felt great afterwards. Absolutely zero complaints about the service.
Highly recommended!
About Hygienist: Olga is great. Not only will she clean your teeth but she'll make recommendations about things you can do to have a better visit the following day. She's the one that got me to finally use a Sonic Care toothbrush. I've been plaque-free ever since.

Ordinary dental care, fillings, cleaning.
He is very skilled.
Personality is odd. Whole office is very odd.
Poor Dr./patient communication. Each time I went, like they'd never heard of me before. Never sent a postcard reminder, e.g. Clearly, did not care much about me or my dental health.
Changed dentists because of this negative aspect despite perfectly fine medical skills.
About Hygienist: Very thorough. But VERY hard to get a cleaning appointment!

I am a former patient of Dr. Lustbader's. Overall, the quality of his work is fine, but I was very turned off by the policy that they have at the office where they charge over a hundred dollars for a cavity even if you are in the Aetna DMO network because they do not do silver fillings. I wish some one had informed me of this two years ago as I would not have continued to receive dental care here and looked for a provider who did not charge for fillings as my plan covers them. Also, they attempted to push the "invisalign" products quite a bit. Overall though, they did a fine job actually cleaning my teeth.
