Dr. Persinger moves around too much. She starts a treatment and then moves to another practice leaving you paying extra fees to the new practice because they will not cover her previous treatment that she received from her. I am currently looking for her and cannot locate her to continue treatment. I am very upset because she treated my whole family and now we have to be inconvenienced by not being able to see her for follow up treatment. I am writing this in 07-09-10.

Dr. P is a nice person, however I have a few issues with her services as a dentist. First, I have had some problems understanding her (she has a pronounced accent). Second, I felt as if she really was pushing the cosmetic side (veneers) in addition to a rather steep treatment plan (side comment - this seems to be the status quo w/many dental practices). But the most important issue has to do with her inability to get my jaw completely numb (in order to prep a molar for a crown) which caused me undue pain and stress during the procedure. Additionally, the third-party lab indicated that the crown could not be properly molded for my tooth, thus requiring another round of novicane and painful/stress-producing tooth grinding. Finally, the dental office had promised to get back in touch with me on several occasions - and they repeatedly did not follow through.
