They care more for the money than the patient satisfaction, assistants are very rude. They give very expensive treatment plans and sometimes they are not necessary.

Dr. Zia is by far the BEST dentist I have been to, and I have been to quite a few in the area. I have always had a fear of the dentist but ever since I have been going to Dr. Zia because he is soo nice, and gentle I no longer have that fear. Not only is he great but the management & staff there are wonderful & very helpful. I highly reccomend him to everyone looking for a great dentist because they are hard to find.

I began seeing Dr. Z. after taking medications which caused me to get many cavities. He explained everything very clearly and filled my cavities ensuring that I felt no pain. He was very gentle and thorough. When I went back to see him some time later, I found out that he no longer worked in Alexandria. Because it is very difficult to find a dentist that is so caring and trustworthy, I searched the internet for him and found him in Centreville. I was so excited to find him again. I would certainly recommend Dr Z. to others. He is a 10 in my book.

Dr. Ahmadzada is very nice person but unfortunately he does not perform high quality dentistry. I had a loose crown and I went to him to glue it back. He did not clean the old cement so just added more cement and my crown got higher than the rest of the teeth. This was a front tooth and it looks bad now and I have to find another dentist to get the crown done again.

I have seen Dr. Zia for several routine exams and cleanings and it has always been a pleasant experience. He is very nice and thorough. He takes the time to listen to patients concerns and answer questions, and the hygenists are great. The facilities are pretty nice and very clean. The only downside is that the office is not metro accessible.
