I first started seeing Dr. Ricci due to a recommendation from a friend (we are both nurses). Originally, he was not in-network for my dental plan. He, and the whole TX Dental staff, was so amazing that I didn't mind the out-of-network cost. I lived in the area at that time, but moved about 3.5 hours away in 2015. He is STILL our dentist...he's that good!

I live almost 1.5 hours away from the office, but continue to be a patient here because Dr. Ricci is AWESOME and professional and is super conservative during consultations, so you're not getting procedures done that aren't necessary. He's friendly and genuinely cares about you and your pearly whites. Everyone thinks I'm strange when I get excited to see my dentist (because everyone hates going to the dentist, right?), but coming here is always such a great experience. I have had fillings, cleanings and wisdom teeth extracted here. Once, I had a painful sore in my mouth and I walked in, one of the dentists took care of it in 10 minutes and the pain dissipated immediately. I recommend Texas Dental to everyone because really, I have never had better medical professionals - ever!

About Front Desk: The office staff is amazing. They are so customer-oriented and always make me feel comfortable and welcome. Oddly enough, it's a rare thing to find medical professionals these days who actually care about their patients. They're top-notch here!

About Hygienist: The hygienist is always professional, friendly and makes sure not to rip my gums out! :) All joking aside, they are all great and do everything they can to make me feel comfortable. They never scold you for "not flossing enough" or "poor brushing" - only positive reinforcement and insight on how to improve on those areas. I know that sounds childish, but I hate being scolded for imperfect brushing and flossing. ALSO, they have NETFLIX and headphones you can wear while getting your cleaning!

dr Ricci is the only dentist I trust. he is conservative in his treatment and very concerned with his patients comfort. he is the best dentist in my area.

My son had referred me to Dr Ricci, said I would like him, and I do! I had visited 3 or dentist to look into dentures. I felt so positive after my first visit, I scheduled the procedure for dentures. Dr Ricci is patient and always seems to have time to listen to me. The whole denture experience has taken 8 months and I do not think I could have had a better experience other than my teeth miraculously go back the way they were when I was a teenager. Dr Ricci and the whole staff have exceeded any expectations I could have had! Highly recommend Dr Ricci andTexas Dental

About Front Desk: Staff is always pleasant and helpful. They really seem to know what they are doing and they never seem rushed, hurried or irritated.....the whole office feels calm when you walk in. Makes you feel at ease.

My husband, my daughter & her husband and myself all go to Dr. Ricci. Dr. Ricci completed a crown last week and it was the most positive dental experience of my life. He knows that I have sensitive teeth and am fearful (due to a couple of bad experiences in another city). Dr. Ricci is so attentive, explains everything ahead of time, answers all of my questions, and makes sure that my dental pain is addressed and minimized. He is so professional, kind, and reassuring. Just knowing that he is in my treatment area helps me to relax, because I know he will address my dental issues with the best options for me. My family and I have been going to Dr. Ricci for five years, and we will NEVER go anywhere else. Dr. Ricci always treats us with dignity and excellence. He is "The Best of The Best," and we are so blessed to have found him.

About Front Desk: I do not like to mention names--in case I left one person off of my list. EVERY person that I have ever encountered in 5 years has been so professional, considerate and thoughtful.

About Hygienist: Sandra is in the elite of making her patients feel comfortable about whatever procedure is going on. She is always asking me if I am ok at each step of the process. She explains the process so well that I am ready and relaxed. Sandra's expertise decreases any concerns that I brought with me prior to any procedure. I look forward knowing that she is my hygienist for any procedure that I have. She is so attentive and gentle. What an ambassador that she is for Dr. Ricci's office. Sandra deserves 10 STARS !

Dr. Ricci is my favorite dentist and a wonderful person. I came to him with a range of issues caused by being born and going to a dentist in Eastern Europe - multiple cavities, bad crowns, bad fillings, etc. Dr. Ricci did his magic, and a few months later I had a wonderful set of teeth. He made me a very happy person with a beautiful smile! In addition, he is funny, friendly, and accommodating. Just a truly great person and a confident professional. It has been 6 years since I came to his office, and now I am happy when to get to see my dentist. How many people get to say that?

Dr Ricci is terrific! He did an extraction and will be putting in an implant soon. I didn't know Dr Ricci till Dr Lazaris suggested he do this procedure for me.
