Avoid like the plague. Work I've had done is already having problems. They care only about money and not about health.

Dr Smith spent over 2hours on my first visit going over each tooth. I never felt embarrassed but, saw for my self the multiple treatments and procedures that I needed.
Dr smith provided me with a print out of every thing I needed done as well as the price.
My teeth were in horrible shape at the conclusion of treatment my teeth are so healthy and attractive. I have never been as happy with my smile for last 10 years Dr Smith has done extractions, implants, resin fillings all are just wonderful
About Front Desk: I worked with Karen for help with scheduling I also worked with Yvonne. they both worked very hard to insure my visits met my needs

Worst dentist ever!! Did many unneeded dental procedures!!! The so called sleep dental work almost killed me. She took me off all my medications 24 hours before the procedure without first checking with my medical doctor. The one veneer fell out of my mouth for the 4th time. She glued the veneer and there was nothing to anchor the veneer to. My new dentist called what she has done a joke. Thousands of dollars all down the drain to pad her account with no regard to my real issues. I had a brain disorder that caused all the pain in my teeth, gums and jaw. She continued to do dental procedures and not one thing was wrong with my teeth. Root canals, night guard and etc. were huge expenses, but still continue with the witch doctor dental work even with the x-rays showed no problems with any of my teeth. She will not address the issues and doesn't return calls. It's time for her to write me a check for all the unnecessary dental work, veneer and night guard!!!! The husband had the nerve to ask what I expected out of this mess? A check for my pain and suffering while under her so called care!!!

very nice facility, very poor care. once you walk thru the door it is all about the money. They even tell you not to come in unless you insurance or at least $350
my veneers started to fall off after three weeks and Dr. Smith wanted me to pay full price to replace them. when I complained about them not lasting even a month
I was asked to leave and then they would not even return my calls.

After spending thousands of dollars out of pocket (no insurance), my crowns have chipped into pieces. They are barely 2 yrs old. When asked about her replacing them, she was VERY hateful and said that she would only do them AFTER I gave her $800, for just one of them. When I had initially called to explain the situation to the receptionist, she said that they would have to look at it to make sure I didn't chew on gravel. RED FLAG!!!! I am an adult and know better than to put rocks in my mouth. After telling a few people of my situation, I have found out about 4 other people with similar stories. She does not stand behind her work and is only out for money. When discussing this matter with the front desk, they said that I could speak with the person in charge of billing. The person in charge of that is her HUSBAND. I would rather pay another dentist to fix Lori Smiths horrible work, than to pay her to fix it and risk going through this in another couple of years.

You will receive a good, relaxed experience with Dr. Lori. She's very sweet and makes sure you are comfortable the entire time. She runs a very successful firma dn her patients adore her.
