I have been a patient with Dr. Dierkes for about twenty years. I had TMJ and all the symptoms that are associated with it. I had a number of doctors refuse to treat me. Dr. Dierkes took my case on knowing the challenges ahead. He formulated a plan that over time got rid of all my symptoms. I feel better than I ever thought possible. I went to him because of the pain but the end result was aesthetically pleasing as well. He is an expert in his field and takes the care of his patients very seriously. You are not a number in his practice. I have received nothing but professional courtesy from him or his staff. If anyone is looking for relief from TMJ and or needs orthodontic work, Dr. Dierkes is the only one I would recommend.

We love Dr. Dierkes! I read the review from another client and I have to say, I never found Dr. Dierkes or his staff to be egotisical. I do know Dr. Dierkes is very passionate about what he does, and he shows it in the GREAT work he does. His office is so welcoming and warm, and they greet you with big smiles.
About Front Desk: His staff has always been extremely helpful assisting me with all my insurance matters. The front desk answers the phone professionally, and they are all so nice and helpful!

Dentist has an ego and is aggressive and demanding. When complications arise, it is the patient's fault and has nothing to do with treatment plan. Does not file insurance if out of network; will not supply claim forms for patient to file with insurance. Doctor's attitude carries over to the office staff. Fees are high and office is elegantly decorated.

He is one of the most knowledgeable orthodontist. My dentist said my children didn't need braces. I took them to Dr. Dierkes. He was very informative and I truly understood why it is very important to start treatment by the age of 8. the cost is not inexspensive but cheap work ain't godd and good work ain't cheap. He is a man of his word and his staff is great too
