From the moment you walk into the office, it's the most pleasant experience! The front office is warm and relaxing and the Patient Coordinator at the front desk is always waiting to greet you by name with a smile. The staff is always extremely friendly, professional and efficient, which is imperative to me because my time, like most people's, is very important. They even offer a parafin hand waxing, massage pad and eye masks! The doctor is incredibly gentle, but thorough, in her care of her patients with their treatment. I never feel as if I am getting work done that I don't need. I have never met anyone in the office waiting to be seen that didn't have the utmost respect and confidence in the doctor and her staff.
