The practice was not a good experience for cosmetic dentistry. The materials used were apparently not of good quality and the work done was not cosmetically acceptable, as rough spots were left on the back side of the teeth that had to be re-worked. Material used for repair of teeth chipped withon a few weeks and vaneers that were replaced fell off and had to be replaced / reworked for comfort by another dentist. In addition this business has a poor patient relationship practice. The doctor Ellie seemed polite but had collections calls sent out without the patient ever receiving a bill! When the patient called to inquire about this pratice they were told that they billing had been returned in the mail even though the address they had on file was correct. The front office was argumentative when inquires were made as to why the did not leave messages prior to the collections message. Based upon current experience with this office they would not be recommended.
