Dr. Lai is a really talented guy. He does a great job! However, he doesn't use nitrous oxide (pooh!), and his injections are less than gentle (ouch!). But other than that, he is impecable, does great work.

About Hygienist: Stacy is the best hygenist I have ever, ever enountered in my entire life of 53 years. Perfect and gentle scaling, great polishing. Takes time for patient education...very smart! Stacey, you're the best! Thanks!
