I chipped my front tooth on a Friday and Dr Wells was kind enough to come in Saturday morning to fix it. I am a surgeon and I know what top quality care is. You can't go wrong with Dr. Wells!!

dr wells placed prepless veneers on my upper and lower teeth, they were not at all like the prototypes he placed. he changed the look and the original shade decided on and discussed. he did what he wanted and my teeth are not straight as promised and are too white.. don't recommend his office highly over priced for terrible work and unfriendliness.

6 teeth at bottom including 4 teeth on two implants. price of abutments is as much as the crowns. there was a prototype I liked. he changed the.look. he did what he wanted to do. he never listened to me. gave me wrong color and teeth are crooked looking. a root canal was required. treatment was rough due to lack of listening to me. he decided the color. the look. I felt like I was the first patient he ever had. there is no communication.

I first took my wife to Dr Wells for a dental restoration of both her top and bottom teeth. I then began to use them as my normal dentist and I was amazed at the difference in the cleaning and examination. While it was expensive (he does not take insurance), the results were excellent. His staff treats you very well, the facility is very relaxing , and they are extremely thorough.

About Hygienist: Our hygenist is Denise and she is amazing in both manners and thoroughness. She performed a bacterial check on my mouth which my previous dentist never did and found I had Aa bacteria which we successfully eliminated. She was open to my experimenting with all natural options for eliminating the bacteria which we did.

Dr. Wells was everything I anticipated: Focused, personable, professional, and able to assess my needs/treatment quickly. Having crooked bottom teeth my entire life, I felt my only solution was braces. But Dr. Wells assured me his restoration techniques could improve the appearance of those teeth without braces! Yea! Denise did a thorough oral exam with x-rays, then Jaime and Rachel took photos - for my "Before" and "After" tooth appearances later on! All three ladies were superb! Dr. Wells consulted with me on a suggested course of treatment. No one was pushy or high-pressure...the staff treated me and my little granddaughter, who was with me, like royal guests! They offered beverages, blankets, the Disney channel for my granddaughter, and continually made sure we were comfortable. What graciousness! After finishing the endodontic work needed, I look forward to returning to Dr. Wells' office to acquire a "brilliant" smile! As was the first visit, it was a pain-free, terrific experience!

About Hygienist: Denise's charismatic smile - flashed with a perfect set of teeth, I might add - was genuine and caring. She performed my initial exam/x-rays with efficiency and precision. Obviously well-trained and experienced, she made the entire exam go by quickly. She was also attentive to my granddaughter, who was waiting for me in the reception area. I found Denise to be quite thoughtful. Like all the staff at Drs. Wells/Munro's office, Denise smiles a lot, and is the picture of kindness and grace! She made the initial exam a pleasant experience! Thanks, Denise!

I have always had a fear of dentists and have always hated going to the dentist office for any reason. Because of this I have let a few of small issues turn into a few major issues. So When I moved to Nashville I had to find a dentist; a friend recommended Dr Wells because of how comfortable he makes his patients feel. So when I had a tooth break while on vacation I decided that I had to stop procrastinating and just go. So, I called the office and explained what had happened during vacation and how I hate the dentist and that I am very uncomfortable with pretty much everything that happens at the dentist. They worked me in ASAP and got a temporary fix for my broken tooth, Deb Ham set up a cleaning and exam for me the following week so that they could just check out everything that was going on. When I came in for my appointment I was very nervous. Deb suggested that I relax in the tranquility room until I felt ready to begin my cleaning. She brought me some water and I relaxed until I felt comfortable. Denise Rice was my hygienist, I was so impressed with how easy she made it for me. When Denise was finished, Dr Wells came in for my exam and he was so great, he made me feel so comfortable about what I was going to need to have a healthy mouth and he said that my broken tooth could easily be fixed with a crown, that was a huge relief for me. I have to say for the first time I was excited to be making decisions about my smile. With my past dental experiences I have hated everything about the visit especially the part that entails having to hear the long terrifying list of things that I need to have done the next time I come back; but Dr Wells explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. For the first time that I can remember I left the dentist stress free and comfortable with everything that had happened. I have to say that I left Dr Wells office excited to return for my next appointment!

About Hygienist: Denise Rice was my hygienist and I have to say that she was great! In my past dental experiences I usually sit through a cleaning with my hands gripping the side of the chair scared to death, but Denise was amazing. She started by giving me a paraffin wax hand treatment and offering me a blanket. She then asked if I wanted to watch TV or listen to some music, at this point I was still pretty nervous so I just asked her to turn on some music. She turned on some soft music and started the cleaning. Throughout the whole appointment Denise always made sure that I was okay with everything that she was doing and by the end of my cleaning I was so relaxed I could have went to sleep, that was a first! I would recommend Denise to anyone who has dental anxiety she was wonderful!!!
