first visit to this office and also last visit. We brought our 4 year old child in for regular check up. They took x-ray, cleaning teeth and Dr. Ly looked at the film and tell us our son have a cavity on one of his teeth and need to put a crown on. They give us a quote and we have to pay $359 for it after our insurance pay. We decided not to do it on the same day. A few weeks later, we receive a bill $250 for the 1st visit. We called the office and they said that is the copay we have to pay. It's really expensive just for the office visit. If you go to this office make sure you ask how much you have to pay before you let them touch you kids.

my son had a space maintainer put in and turns out it was the wrong kind for a kid his age so now im stuck with the added expense of getting that one removed and the correct one put in. The dentist said nothing when we questioned him on this. we also had a procedure done to our son and the bill was double what we had originally been quoted and since we were on a cruise when it happened we had no way of stopping him.
