I had crown done that cause me to get a root canal and the office lady was very rude to me.

Crown; he botched it and sent me to an endodontist to have it checked. Hurt along the gum line for months. My new dentiest took an xray & found it had been put in crooked, with an area protruding into my gum - thus the irritation!
Crown is dark yellow compared to my other teeth.
Twice his office called to cancel my appointments since he would 'not be in the office that day' - no substitute dentist offered. Once I came in for scheduled appt. and he was out for the day, apparently ill, and it had to be rescheduled.
About Hygienist: New hygenist noted that the mouth wash being offered had saccarin (sugar) and she personally would not recommend it.

Crown replacement. The office was not as clean as I have experienced at other dental offices. In the examination room there was visible dust on the ledges and there was a dental instrument lying on the floor. Their crown machine broke down in the course of making my crown. Dr. Davies proceeded to become very pre-occupied with this machine and paid little attention to the fit of the temporary crown that he had to give me. I wasn't aware of the poor fit until the numbness wore off. I was in pain for a week until it could be replaced with a permanent crown. I have not returned since and would not recommend this dentist to others.

Dr Davies is a very caring dentist who does a great job at a reasonable fee. I have never had a dentist take his time like he has. I had a root canal done by him that later needed a crown, he explained everything to me in a way that I understood. Great staff.
