The facilities are very nice and advanced, and Dr. Heifetz shares office space with a modeling agency, so all of the receptionists are incredibly attractive.
However, my dental experiences with them have been a disaster. After meeting with Dr. Heifetz, the first time, he passed me off, and I never saw him again. They cracked my tooth during a filling, which caused me to have to get a root canal (I've had three and theirs was by far, the most painful)
They also either don't use enough anesthetic or a poor kind, or I'm immune to theirs, because I was in excruciating pain even for basic cavities.
I would not recommend going to this dentist under any circumstances.
About Hygienist: The hygienists don't see confident in their own work. The cleanings I had seemed very hesitantly and with nervous hands. It was also very rushed.
