This morning I brought my kids to this place to have treatments on their teeth , and was SOOOO DISAPPOINTED with the service. First, the nurses are so weird, the 3 Mexican nurses only speak Spanish, and their attitude like treating prison or at least they are working in Tijuana. They always look unhappy!. I have insurance and paid $900 in addition which is a lot for us. After my first kid who is only 6y/o got a tooth removed, he cried because it was pain we all know that. Then the head nurse come and took us to the back door and told me that I had to bring him away because they don't want other kids scared because of his crying. I told her that the doctor asked him to stay in the break room for a while before going home, moreover, I have the younger kid still in treatment and couldn't go away. Then she said they have to protect their business !!! THIS'S VERY ST*PID! Treating us like solicitors is not the way you do business. Second, they were sooo cheap! When I brought my second kids out from the room and asked for some extra gasket to clean his mouth because of too much bleeding. Then another nurse said he can share the only few gasket with his brother. I was so mad but my both sons cried a lot I did not want to argue with them. Third and I think this's very important, looked like they did not do good job on making the kids sleep before the surgery. They let my kids drunk some kind of juice which included the sleeping medicine but they still running around the room and play for 45 minutes. Dr. Nguyen kept coming and check whether they sleep yet. This's very weird too. I'm honestly very disappointed with this office. I don't know how could other people rated them as 5 stars, but you MUST BE CAREFUL when bringing your children to this place. Don't know something else may happen since I could not see any professional sense as well as friendly attitude from these people.

This office is like a factory. It's hard to get the dentist to talk to you. They wrote up a $1,500 plan to fix our 4-year-old's teeth, including a crown. We went to another dentist who only saw a few superficial cavities, and we spent less than $200 with much more personal care. Also, this dentist wouldn't let us stay with our child, but wanted us to sign off on having him sedated and restrained. The other dentist did the work with him in our lap, with no anesthesia at all. Beware of this dentist.

This is a very efficient office & the staff are friendly. Our 4 yr old son has been here twice. The doctor diagnosed 12 cavities in less than 1 minute. He would not discuss this with us except to declare "No more junk food". The staff presented an agreement for us to sign: We can not be present while our son is sedated & possibly restrained or "pedi-wrapped", & all the work would be done at once. We also had to sign that the doctor "has discussed Behavior Management techniques, treatment, treatment alternatives if any...[that] all our questions & concerns have been answered... [& that] we understand to our satisfaction the techniques & treatment & have not been forced or influenced to accept their use." But the doctor would not explain anything. We could not let our son to be sedated & worked on by a doctor who would not talk with us. We went to another dentist who diagnosed 5 cavities so superficial that they can probably be worked on with no anesthesia, & he WANTS us to be there with our son. Our conclusion: we don't need a pediatric specialist who operates like an impersonal factory. We would rather have a family dentist who has children & relates like an honest human being. (P.S.: our son has never had junk food in his life!)
