Dr. Brown's dental office has grown too big to provide clients with good customer service. You cannot get an appointment within a reasonable time frame (sometimes an appointment for a simple cleaning must be made months away). Even for significant procedures, the wait/delay is great. Many procedures that you do see him on must be done, redone, and then redone again. He has had various partners come in, then leave quickly. His office staff is hired out from some outside group and pretty surly. Dr. Brown is a pleasant man, but you rarely see him when you have an appointment.

Nobody likes to go to the dentist, but visiting Dr. Brown is actually a pleasurable experience. I actually look forward to going there! His office is very aesthetically pleasing, and all the people who work there always are extremely pleasant. Most importantly, Dr. Brown himself makes you very comfortable with his very down-to-earth manner....and he is an EXPERT in his field. My teeth are the most important things to me, and he amazes me with his abilities as a dentist. I will NEVER visit another dentist...because he is simply...the best. And TRUST me....I am extremely picky.
And for those afraid of pain? I have NEVER felt any pain, whatsoever. Like I said...I look forward to my cleanings. My teeth look and feel wonderful after leaving his office.

Dr. Brown is a nice Dr. But, It took him 2 years to get my front teeth cap's right. He couldn't get them to fit me right. He is very expensive, but, he is the only doctor by me that accepts my insurance, so I was stuck.

What a nice staff and a beautiful smile. I love Dr. Brown. His staff and he were very helpful and caring. I would recommend this office to everyone.

The entire office visit was not pleasant! I waited over an hour to be called in only to have my teeth X-Rayed. A cleaning must be scheduled in another visit and those are 6 months out. No one was very friendly or seemed to care and overall seemed expensive. They do offer a "Care Credit" program because no one can afford to pay.
My entire visit was 2 hours long and they only thing they actually did was take X-rays. I would not recommed this office to anyone.
