I had care from her for veneres. She did not listen to the choice I made in color. She chose the color she wanted and then the cost ended up being 500.00 more than we had agreed. She has a very rude office staff.

if you are in pain, despite tears running down your face. To top it off, she will degrade you and any problems you have with your teeth in a condescending manner. A horrible dentist!

Dr Richens made my entire dental experience a good one. I have had a fear of the dentist for as long as I can remember. She immediately made me feel at ease with her calming disposition. I felt assured that I was in the right hands.
