Dr. Raether was a pro, and the office is wonderful. Unfortunately we decided that this did not outweigh the horrible customer service we experienced by front desk, scheduling and billing support staff so we have decided to switch dentists.

Dr. Raether and his staff are pros at keeping your child relaxed. My daughter was very frightened about having her cavity filled, and he was calm and explained everything he was doing to make my daughter feel at ease, Plus they have many different fun flavors of flouride treatment. My daughter loves the one that tastes like sprite!

He is a great guy! My daughter has special needs and he is so patient and kind.

Our experience has been both positive and negative. Dr Raether is great....his staff on the other hand...we have not had a good experience. We found the staff to be very tense when dealing with anxious kids regarding cleanings. I would hope for better as this is their specialty. We are now looking for alternative care.

My children have been seeing Dr. Raether for years. He is good and knowledgeable dentist. He is also a parent himself and is great with children. The assistants are also kind and professional. We have been willing to pay more for his services, even though he was not in my insurance company's network.
