The office was ok. We only went there because they accepted HMO insurance. The wait was quite long. As some of my friend told me, Mornach Dental always tried to sell you services that you may or may not need. We needed a deep cleaning and an extraction, but she simply told us that we were referred to their specialist. Basically we need to take another day off to come for another appointment. We did. The specialist said we need a deep-deep cleaning, which required surgery to open the gum. I have never heard this from all the detists we visited before. Because that was an specialist appointment, the price tag was much higher. A round of cleaning will cost $12,000, with a 25% discount to $9,000! Unbelivable. We fleed the office and will never go back.

I thought the amenities were very good. The doctor was able to explain the procedure extremely well and demonstrated the actual problem atc so I was able to know for myslef what the issue was. I didn't think I was at the mercy of my dentist which was the case with my previous one.

This Dr. is extremely good. The front desk is very helpful. The Dr. explained the problems in detail and then performed the procedures.

The comments should read: I went into an appointment to have a crown and a filling done. Once I was numbed up, she drilled out a third tooth that was not supposed to be worked on. In my visit on the previous day, we did not talk about any work to be done on that tooth, and the Proposed Treatment Plan that I was given the day before does not mention any work being done on that tooth. (Although I do see one Plan from 2003 that does mention work to be done on that tooth.) I was also double-charged me for upgrades to crowns that insurance doesn't cover and also for work that I believe was not done. At MINIMUM, there is a MAJOR communication problem happening here.
