Pros and cons Pro- - nice hygienist - great x-rays (she uses digital which are exceptionally clear and detailed, they have less radiation per photo however she takes many more photos so it seems to equal out) - she is very thoughtful in using procedures that are more natural and the least damaging to patients (like careful mercury removal, dental dams) Con- - the staff at times could be a bit snippy - the dentist could work a little harder on her chair side manner (for example, not putting her underarm in your face as she tries to grab something on the other side of you and not angrily accusing a patient of something which they had no idea what she was talking about) - she told me a had a cracked tooth, I went to another dentist and asked him about it and he said it was not cracked

Great staff. Super helpful and friendly. Offered to bill insurance and pre-qualify with insurance company. Answers all questions. Doctor is very thorough, asking questions and getting medical history. The procedure itself was pain-free. And they take special precautions so that I'm not exposed to the mercury in the amalgam fillings I was having replaced. After the procedure, though, the doctor didn't stay to explain what she'd done. But they gave me several sheets saying what to expect and how to manage pain afterwards. I'm still in a lot of pain, nearly 2 weeks later. May be that I just have to have a root canal, though... may not be her fault at all. Hard to say at this point. The staff and doctor continue to be very helpful, and I've been in for an "adjustment," grinding down any high spots on the new fillings, to be sure that's not the cause of the pain.
