Dr. Gordon Wiltshire is an outstanding dentist, superior in every way. He has a very caring attitude and is completely knowledgeable about all facets of dentistry, including recent developments which he discusses with me. He is skilled in explaining my dental situation and his procedures. His dental chairs are very comfortable and his equipment is up to date, including a top-notch vacuum system for use when removing old mercury fillings, to ensure no mercury leakage. He is gentle and thorough. I prefer a novocaine shot before drilling, and I never feel his needle.
His staff is also caring and knowledgeable, and always remembers that I like vaseline at the corners of my (small) mouth before the dentistry or cleaning begins. This is personalized service! I cannot envision any improvements they could make - Dr. Wiltshire's dental office is perfect.
Another advantage of Dr. Gordon Wiltshire as my dentist is his network of other dental professionals - endodontists for root canals, orthodontists for straigtening teeth, and periodontists for preventing or treating gum problems. Dr. Wiltshire is wise to not have a "one-stop shop"; he is a true professional. We will be his patients for life!
About Hygienist: My husband and I use Dr. Wiltshire's hygienist Susan, and she is also superb - kind and thorough. Our teeth look wonderful after she has cleaned them. She notices and compliments us when our own cleaning efforts have improved. My husband especially likes her use of Ultrasound when she cleans his teeth. Neither of us would even consider going to anyone else.
