Dr Lum is one of the best dentists in the greater Bay Area. He is the only dentist who has taken the time to listen to me and find the true source of my pain. I lived in pain for 10 years and stop eating on the one side. Every dentist I saw wanted to do a root canal but Dr Lum refused to do work I did not need. Years later when I was in pain again. Dr Lum sat and listened to me and refuse to give in until he found the problem. I did not have insurance at the time so he gave me an excellent price. Dr Lum is an old school dentist so if you are looking for flashy don't bother. If you are looking for a Doctor who is going to listen to you no matter how strange your complaint Dr Lum is for you. Just about my whole family, that is six adults and four children under six, see Dr Lum. He does all the work himself and his assitant is wonderful. She had called the insurance company and had everything lined up before my three year old and I walked through the door. He is great with little children and is very accomidating to the needs of a growing family. My only down fall is one day Dr Lum will retire which will break my heart. We love Dr Lum!
About Front Desk: Rosa is wonderful. Kind and very thoughtful. Takes care of all the insurance business before you walk in the door. I can call her up and have the cleaning rescheduled several times without compaint. Very very kind.

Dr. Lum is the best dentist I have ever seen in my whole life. He is very passionate about his work. The most important thing about him is he wouldn't let patient leave until he is 100% sure the job has been done perfectly right. He is super nice, down to earth and devoted to his job. The environment is pleasant and relaxing. I have even seen patients whose crowns were as old as 35 years!

This is the best dentist ever. He does a very thourough job cleaning. I visit him every 6 months and have had 1 cavity in my life time. My parents have been with him for over 30 years. My mom's bridge that Dr. Lum did in the 80's is even still in great shape. I have referred over 10 clients to him, including my in-laws over the years, and everyone loves his work.

Dr Lum provides excellent Dental care. He is extremely thorough. He takes enough time to insure that any work required is completed...even it means that the next patient needs to wait a little. Any time I have ever had a concern regarding recent treatments he has always made the extra time to listen and make any adjustments as needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Lum.
