It's true, the facility and staff are top-notch, but I found Dr. Chan to be a bit too arrogant for my taste.

Dr. Chan did a marvelous job working on my front crown. He matched the color of my tooth to perfection. No pain or discomfort experienced during procedure including the dreaded injections. I am completely satisfied with the work done on a tooth that had bothered me for years.

I have been going to Ricci Chan for about 10 years. His experience is top notch and the customer service from the staff is excellent. His new offices in Burlingame are state of the art and very, very clean. He has a very pleasant demeanor and does not try to upsell patients on treatments that are not necessary. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Chan was extremely thorough and his staff was super friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience. I recommended him to my roommate. She was pleased with her visit, but commented that the prices seemed high.

Excellent dentist , been seeing him for so many years for dental work and cleaning. His Service is very Professional, friendly and excellent. He did beautiful cosmetic work. Staff are very friendly, office very pretty. They have hand wax treatment and music to listen while doing dental treatment. Highly recommended.
