I am 59 yrs old - I believe you don't know how bad your last dentist was until you get a new dentist. Dr. Coates is far and away the finest dentist I have ever experienced!

Dr Coates and his staff were friendly. Then...
During my simple tooth build-up proceedure, he intentionally spilled a chemical in my throat and then freaked out (along with his staff). Then he injected my tongue with something. He then downplayed the entire episode and said nothing happened. After the proceedure, I asked what he spilled in my throat,as well as injected into my tongue, and his response was "what spill, what injection?" NOT GOOD!

Was referred by a friend and found the staff and Dr. very pleasant. Wait time is very minimal to be seen for your appointment (5 - 10 min). Dr. did an overall work up on my mouth and then produced a course of treatment plan. My smile is much better these days and my teeth are back to healthy. I recommend this Dr. to all my friends!
