Dr. Castelo recognized that a lot of her dental patients (like everyone else) are not always so keen on going to a dentist.
Most are apprehensive about the pain that usually goes hand in hand with a dental procedure.
And she would make you feel comfortable by letting you know what she can do to ease your anxieties.
For example: she would not get mad at you for re-scheduling your appointment to a much later time, if you feel like you need to ease your fear first.
