DON'T USE this dentist! My crown fell out. It was just pushed back in. The "glue" was so thick that I could not bite down all the way and it completely threw off my bite. With every chew, even talking, I would bite the inside of my cheeks, very painful feel residual scarring from this. The dentist tred to push whitening instead off "re-doing" my crown and wanting to fix my bite and filling. Dentist made a hole in my white fillings then said not to worry about it, it's a small problem! Office staff almost never answers the telephone, so don't expect prompt service. You will get the answering machine before you get to actually talk to someone, even during their business hours. You will be fined a $25 for canceling an appointment with the office on the answering machine because the staff didn't answer the phone in the first place. Then, you are "not allowed" to leave your cancellation on their machine-you will have to commit half your day to calling back to get someone on the other end to tell them you are canceling the appt. so that you are not charged for the office staff not answering. My crown is now broken into bits and a small wall remains, but acually feels much more comfortable than the repair job done in the office. My bite is no longer off center and I don't have to consciously hold my jaw in a certain position for it to feel comfortable.
