Lost a tooth after many, many regular 6 month cleaning sessions when he and the dental hygienist did not notice the development of a cavity that reached the point of not being repairable.

Dr Chung is a very laid-back yet efficient dentist. He's personable and likes to make you feel at ease when he's performing a dental procedure by explaining what he's doing and asking if you're alright, even offering blankets if it's cold or chapstick if the lips are dry. He's your basic-no-frills dentist who is extremely competent.
