Dr. Bannai makes you feel like a part of the family. Everyone in the office, especially Lynn, knows you by name. He is great with kids. He's the first dentist to get my daughter, now 7, to want to go to the dentist. He explains all treatments thoroughly and answers any questions or concerns that you have. I would recommend him to everyone....adults and children. I wish he accepted or was a part of more insurance networks. I do have out of pocket for cleaning because he is not a prefered provider and that is with dual coverage. I tried another dentist because I didn't want any out of pocket, but ended up going back to him because the other just didn't compare.
About Hygienist: Great staff! The hygienist is very thorough and great with the kids. You definately feel like your teeth are clean once you step out. Some take longer than others- 30 mins or so. Some are a little rougher than others but I think that depends on how dirty your teeth are.
